Just as Cathy's articles speak to the truths that surround success in the midst of economic struggles - or even the fear of an economic struggle - are so true. I just watched the re-cast of "Town Hall for Hope" with Dave Ramsey. Have you seen it? Love when he talks about how the sub shop isn't closed due to the economy, but they're closed because they lost Jonathan, the guy who knew everyone's order and offered great customer service.
