Jameson's Amy Logan Parrish Receives Honor

Amy Logan Parrish, Jameson Management, Inc.'s executive vice president of development, has been named among OKC Biz's top forty achievers under the age of 40.

OKC Biz showcases Central Oklahoma's Forty Under 40 who are business and community climbers carefully selected through a rigorous process.

Parrish attended Oklahoma State University and then traveled across the United States consulting college women about all aspects of leadership within their organization. At Jameson, she helped guide the group from a small firm over the crucial breaking points and into an industry-leading international organization.

"While increased production and profitability has been rewarding, as has seeing the world through business travels, my most significant achievement has been having the opportunity to lead, and more importantly, mentor, innovative, creative and forward thinking young professionals at Jameson.  Hiring and training outstanding colleagues, I have had the pleasure of watching them grow in their skill sets, in their confidence and in their overall professional confidence as they created, executed and saw results of top notch marketing campaigns, annual training sessions, leadership conferences and numerous special events," said Parrish.

Her professional and civic involvement includes Public Relations Society of America, Oklahoma City Chapter; 2nd Century Club of Oklahoma; Kappa Alpha Theta Alumnae Chapter, Oklahoma City; Junior League of Oklahoma City; Oklahoma State University Alumni Association; Oklahoma State University College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Board and Crossings Community Church.

Her list of civic and philanthropic efforts over her professional career includes mentorship, coordination and event planning efforts for a variety of organizations.

She said "Serving as the special events co-chairman for the Junior League of Oklahoma City's Mistletoe Market event has been my most significant community achievement. I was very proud that my efforts directly impacted the children of Oklahoma City, with all funds to be put toward literacy education, back to school programs and so much more through the Junior League's community projects. It was a very rewarding and fulfilling opportunity to use many of my professional skills in a volunteer capacity to help make a difference."

Parrish lives with her husband, Craig, in Oklahoma City.
